Privacy notice — Brian’s Google Access Helper

Purpose and operator
Brian Peters operates this private helper to carry out requested email and calendar tasks for accounts he is authorised to manage. The Google consent-screen name is “gmail access for codex”.
Information accessed
Depending on granted permissions and the task, the helper may access email headers, recipients, message bodies, labels, drafts, attachments, calendar lists and event details. It stores OAuth credentials on the operator’s computer to maintain the connection. It does not collect Google account passwords.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to fulfil the operator’s requested email and calendar tasks. Relevant information returned by the helper may be processed by the AI assistant used for the task. When instructed, messages and calendar invitations are shared with their selected recipients, and requested exports or attachments may be saved in the operator’s chosen storage. Google data is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and retention
Connection credentials are stored locally with restricted file permissions. Email and calendar records remain in Google services unless an authorised task changes or exports them. Information saved in assistant conversations, exports or other task records follows the retention settings and policies of those services and storage locations. Revoking the connection prevents future access but does not automatically delete existing messages, exports or conversation records.
Control and revocation
The account owner can revoke the app’s access from https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Questions about locally retained information or deletion requests can be directed to office@petersproperty.group.
Google API data use
The helper’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
