Brian’s Google Access Helper

Brian’s Google Access Helper is a private tool operated by Brian Peters to assist with authorised Gmail and Google Calendar tasks for his personal and Peters Property Group accounts. Its Google consent-screen name is “gmail access for codex”. It is not a public email service and does not offer public registration.

What it does

The helper connects to Google’s APIs using account-owner authorisation. Depending on granted permissions and the requested task, it can search and read email, prepare and send approved messages, manage email labels, and read or manage calendar events. Each account is authorised separately. Sending email and changing calendar events remain subject to the account owner’s instructions.

Access and privacy

Google handles account sign-in and consent. The helper uses OAuth tokens rather than collecting a Google password. Access can be revoked through the Google Account third-party connections page.
